Tadek Ciechanowski designer

Loca Bikes is a Polish manufacturer of custom-made bicycles. The company has been operating since 2015. I joined the team in 2018, during a period of major internal changes and the early development of a new product, which was launched a year later and, as it turned out, became a turning point in the brand’s history.

My creative and design journey with this unique brand has now lasted for over five years. During this time, I have designed frame graphics and paint schemes for five new product categories, as well as hundreds of bespoke projects for individual clients. Among them were Borys Szyc, Young Leosia, Beata Sniechowska, and Karol Werner from Kolem sie Toczy.

I also worked on exciting collaborations, such as with the brand Prosto, which resulted in the Prosto X Loca Bikes bicycle and a limited series of apparel and accessories.

At Loca Bikes, I was also responsible for shaping the brand’s image and communication, including planning and personally executing photo shoots – both product-oriented studio sessions and lifestyle campaigns.
